About the Role

Entry-level Bookkeepers or Accounting Clerks must be knowledgeable with QuickBooks Software both on Desktop and Online. The candidate will be in charge of data entry, reconciliation, credit card transactions, and payroll transactions for clients in different industries. Must be detail-oriented, knowledgeable of accounting procedures, and available to multitask. Other duties are answering phones, filing, setting up appointments, and providing customer services. Candidates must know different industries of accounting. Have full knowledge of QuickBooks Software.

Requirements

The candidates must have experience:


  • Bookkeeping/Accounting experience of 4 years or more..

  • Must have at least 4 years or more of QuickBooks Desktop & Online.

  • Knowledge of a Chart of Accounts, and categorizing income & Expenses.

  • Knowledgeable of Accounting Procedures.

  • Good Organization skills.

  • Good Communication Skills.

  • CTEC License (Preferred), but not necessary
