Cancellation Policy

Off-Season Appointment Policy (All Services – In-Office & Virtual) We value your time and appreciate the opportunity to serve you. During the off-season, our firm offers flexible scheduling while maintaining respect for reserved appointment times. The following policy applies to all services, including in-office and virtual appointments, such as bookkeeping, tax preparation, training, consultations, and meetings. Effective Period This off-season policy applies to all dates outside of peak tax season, excluding the following periods: February 1 – April 15 September 1 – September 15 October 1 – October 15 Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without a cancellation fee during the off-season. We respectfully request advance notice whenever possible so that we may accommodate other clients. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by calling (818) 841-7400 or through our online scheduling system. No-Show Policy (In-Office & Virtual) Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, including virtual meetings that are not joined on time, will result in a no-show fee. Off-Season No-Show Fee: $50.00 This fee applies to all appointment types and reflects time reserved exclusively for you that cannot be reassigned on short notice. Policy Purpose Even during the off-season, appointment times—whether in-office or virtual—are reserved specifically for each client. This policy supports accountability, efficient scheduling, and consistent service delivery. Client Acknowledgment By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this off-season appointment policy, including the applicable no-show fee.
